The set from Gamifying IKEA series, Komplement Tic-tac-toe complements a fence in Graz, Austria
The CHAlleNGED GAMES blog was conceived with the hope to stimulate divergence thinking and challenge the viewer to rethink one’s routines and shift his/her perspective on the status quo. The blog was initially dedicated to my CHAlleNGED GAMES series. As with the time I started to experiment with another system - the language, to apply mathematical logic and seek patterns in words, in the last years my publications are mostly about this part of my work.

The tic-tac-toe series Gamifying IKEA awarded with 1st place at the Pimp dein IKEA competition
The tic-tac-toe series Gamifying IKEA were awarded with 1st place at the Pimp dein IKEA competition in October 2013. The games were also part of the eponymous exhibition which took place earlier in 2013 at the IKEA Vösendorf, Vienna, Austria.
Most of them were already published at the CHAlleNGED GAMES blog:
ORDNING Tic-tac-toe // Bookcased Tic-tac-toe // HOL Tic-tac-toe // BRÄDA Tic-tac-toe // LEKMAN Tic-tac-toe // JULES Tic-tac-toe // KOMPLEMENT Tic-tac-toe
For the perfection of the realization (also mentioned by the jury) I shall hold a great deal responsible and guilty Mr. Richard Edelsbrunner!!!
The Bookcased Tic-tac-toe was produced earlier in 2012 with the kind support of my friend Trayan and Billboard company.

The HOL Tic-tac-toe questioned (or proved) it, leaving the IKEA table and landing on urban facilities around the city.

Gamifying IKEA/ JULES Tic-tac-toe, 2013
and the JULES Tic-tac-toe ... regular…but there is something
I really like about this game. Something masked behind the office chair look
and one of the simplest games…
The obvious winner is actually losing on the back side.
Is losing always losing? And do we also lose when we win?
